Our recruitment procedures are quite thorough to ensure that we employ candidates that are suitable, personally interviewed by one of our trained consultants and thoroughly vetted to determine their skills and experience.
They are trained in Manual Handling, Emergency First Aid, Infection Control, Food Hygiene, Health and Safety. In addition, all care workers will have either already attained or be in the process of attaining an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
